II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern sales of Gas Bijoux products made on the gasbijoux.com website Gas Bijoux buyers acting as consumers. They specify the terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and returns.
The GTC are available on gasbijoux.com and are binding on the customer, who declares to have read and accepted them prior to confirming their order. Gas Bijoux the right to modify them at any time; the applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the order.
III. THE CUSTOMER
The customer must be a natural person of legal age and legally competent. When placing their first order, the customer must create an account or proceed as a guest. The information provided must be complete, accurate, and up to date.

IV. PRODUCTS

V. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders are placed online at gasbijoux.com through a multi-step process that allows customers to review and correct their order before final confirmation.

Prices are displayed in euros (France and the EU), in pounds sterling (United Kingdom), or in U.S. dollars (United States), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
For deliveries outside the EU: prices include customs duties and import taxes (DDP Delivery Duty Paid). Gas Bijoux these costs.

VII. PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS - ALMA

VIII. DELIVERY
Gas Bijoux all orders placed before noon on the same day (business days). During peak periods (holiday season), shipping times may be extended to 72 hours.
The customer is solely responsible for any delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.

Click & Collect:
Available at Gas Bijoux stores Gas Bijoux receive packages (select at checkout). Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (Paris), 3 to 5 days (provinces). The customer is notified by email upon arrival at the store and has 15 days to pick up their order. After this period, the order is canceled and refunded.
Delivery delay:
In the event of a delivery delay not attributable to the customer, Gas Bijoux the amounts paid within a maximum of 14 days following the termination of the contract, in accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
IX. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days starting from the day after receipt of the products, without having to provide a reason (Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Return Procedure:
All return requests must be reported in advance. To request a return, go to the Return Portal at the bottom of the website’s homepage and complete the return procedure by following the required steps, or contact customer service (service@gasbijoux.fr / +33 1 40 26 35 79).
Return Conditions:
– The product must be unworn, unaltered, with its tag intact, and in its original packaging (including accessories)
– Products personalized with a first name or a color may be returned. Products personalized with a last name, date of birth, or a specific message that makes resale impossible cannot be returned
– Customs fees associated with returns from abroad are the customer’s responsibility
Return options:
– Credit valid for 4 months on gasbijoux.com: A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email (cost: €3 for France, €6 for Europe)
– Refund via the original payment method: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

X. REFUND
Gas Bijoux a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The customer acknowledges that Gas Bijoux products Gas Bijoux all distinctive marks (images, photographs, packaging, names, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Gas Bijoux.
The customer agrees not to reproduce, use, or appropriateGas Bijoux designs, trademarks, techniques, or craftsmanship , whether or not they are protected by patent, trademark, or copyright.
XIII. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data collected in connection with orders is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

XIV. LIABILITY
