II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern sales made on the gasbijoux.com website of Gas Bijoux products to customers acting as consumers. They set out the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and returns management.
The T&Cs are accessible on gasbijoux.com and are binding on the customer, who declares having read and accepted them prior to confirming their order. Gas Bijoux reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
III. THE CUSTOMER
The customer must be a legally competent adult. When placing their first order, they create a customer account or proceed as a guest. All information provided must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
Gas Bijoux reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
IV. THE PRODUCTS
"Gas Bijoux exclusively offers first-quality products, handcrafted in its Atelier in Marseille. Each creation is produced in limited series according to the Maison's five heritage craftsmanship gestures.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its individual product page. Displayed colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Gas Bijoux jewellery comes with a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects, independently of any legal warranties. Acetate jewellery carries a 6-month warranty. Rhinestones are not covered beyond 6 months. For further information, please consult our After-Sales FAQ on gasbijoux.com.
Gas Bijoux does not sell second-hand, defective, or below-market-standard products."
V. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders are placed online at gasbijoux.com through a multi-step process that allows the customer to review and correct their order before final confirmation.
The contract is formed upon Gas Bijoux's receipt of the confirmed order and payment. Gas Bijoux sends a summary confirmation email.
The languages available for concluding the contract are French and English.
Gas Bijoux reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute regarding a previous order or an obvious anomaly.
Modification or cancellation:
Due to the immediate processing of orders, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible after confirmation. Please contact our customer service team immediately at +33 1 40 26 35 79 if you have made an error before shipment.
VI. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are displayed in euros (France and EU), pounds sterling (United Kingdom), or US dollars (United States), inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
For deliveries outside the EU: prices include customs duties and import taxes (DDP – Delivery Duty Paid). Gas Bijoux covers these charges.

VII. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT – ALMA
Gas Bijoux offers installment payment via Alma for any purchase between €100 and €3,000.
– 3x interest-free: 3 monthly installments
– 4x interest-free: 4 monthly installments
– Deferred payment at 15 days
– Deferred payment at 30 days
All Alma payments are secured by 3D Secure. Termination of these T&Cs entails termination of the Alma general terms of use.
VIII. DELIVERY
Gas Bijoux ships all orders placed before 12pm on the same business day. During peak periods (year-end holidays), dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
The customer is solely responsible for any failed delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.

– Colissimo (home, post office, relay point): 2 to 3 business days
– Chronopost Express: 1 business day (order before 12pm, Mon–Fri)
– Same-day courier: Paris and inner suburbs (Boulogne, Levallois, Neuilly, Issy, Ivry, Montreuil, Montrouge, St-Ouen, Clichy, Courbevoie, Malakoff, Puteaux, Le Pré-St-Gervais): order before 2pm, business days
– Free Click & Collect at participating Gas Bijoux stores: 1 to 5 business days
International:
– Europe & Switzerland: Colissimo or Chronopost Express: 1 to 3 business days depending on destination
– United Kingdom: Colissimo or Chronopost Express: 1 to 3 business days
– United States: Colissimo or Chronopost Express: 1 to 3 business days (NY/NJ: 1 to 2 days)
– Canada, China, Japan: Colissimo or Chronopost Express: 2 to 5 business days
– Asia, Oceania, rest of the world: Colissimo or Chronopost Express: 2 to 5 business days depending on destination
Click & Collect:
Available at Gas Bijoux stores equipped to receive parcels (selected at the time of ordering). Timeframe: 1 to 2 business days (Paris), 3 to 5 days (regional). The customer is notified by email upon in-store receipt and has 15 days to collect their order. After this period, the order is cancelled and refunded.
Delivery delays:
In the event of a delivery delay not attributable to the customer, Gas Bijoux will refund all amounts paid within a maximum of 14 days following cancellation of the contract, in accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.
IX. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day following receipt of the products, with no obligation to provide a reason (Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Return procedure:
All return requests must be declared in advance. To submit a return request, visit the Return Portal at the bottom of the website's homepage and follow the steps indicated, or contact customer service (service@gasbijoux.fr / +33 1 40 26 35 79).
Return conditions:
– The item must be unworn, unaltered, with its label intact and in its original packaging (including all accessories)
– Items personalised with a first name or colour may be returned. Items personalised with a surname, date of birth, or a specific message that makes resale impossible are not eligible for return
– Customs fees related to returns from abroad are the customer's responsibility
Return options:
– Store credit valid for 4 months on gasbijoux.com: a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email (fee: €3 France, €6 Europe)
– Refund to the original payment method: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

X. REFUNDS
Gas Bijoux processes refunds within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned products, to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Gas Bijoux refunds the full amount paid, including standard outbound shipping costs, unless the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered.
Gas Bijoux stores are unable to process refunds or exchanges for online orders. These transactions are handled exclusively through the e-shop department.
XI. LEGAL WARRANTIES
Independently of the Gas Bijoux commercial warranty (2 years), all products benefit from the following statutory warranties:
Statutory warranty of conformity (Art. L.217-3 to L.217-17 of the French Consumer Code):
The consumer has 2 years from delivery of the item to take action. Within this period, they are only required to demonstrate the existence of the defect. Gas Bijoux undertakes to repair or replace the defective item within 30 days, at no cost. If the repair exceeds 30 days, the consumer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
Statutory warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code):
The consumer has 2 years from the discovery of the defect to take action. This warranty entitles them to a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
To benefit from either warranty, please contact our after-sales service at service@gasbijoux.fr, providing your order number, product reference, and a description of the defect (photographs are welcome).
XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The customer acknowledges that Gas Bijoux products and all distinctive signs (images, photographs, packaging, names, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Gas Bijoux.
The customer agrees not to reproduce, use, or appropriate any Gas Bijoux designs, trademarks, techniques, or craftsmanship, whether or not they are protected by patent, trademark, or copyright.
XIII. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data collected in connection with orders is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

XIV. LIABILITY
Gas Bijoux cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract resulting from the customer's own actions, from the unforeseeable and unavoidable actions of a third party, or from a force majeure event.
XV. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Gas Bijoux has established a consumer mediation process.

In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service team, the consumer may submit their complaint to the mediator within one year of the first written complaint.
XVI. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any order placed on gasbijoux.com implies acceptance of these conditions.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts under common law rules will have jurisdiction.
